Resumen: Cada uno de los movimientos que se suceden en la red genera información que se digitaliza en código binario y se almacena masivamente. La arbitrariedad con la que operan las grandes corporaciones del Big data así como la opacidad de los algoritmos empleados por la inteligencia artificial han dado origen a nuevas formas de vulneración de derechos, dónde la intimidad y el honor han resultado los primeros damnificados. Este escenario requiere un replanteamiento de conceptos jurídicos como estado o vida privada que han cobrado nuevos significados y demandan construcciones jurídicas capaces de reforzar el control sobre nuestros derechos más fundamentales.

Private and professional lives among primary teachers: how they prioritize? Being a teacher in primary school seems far from allowing the articulation of work and private life in such a comfortable manner as seen in collective beliefs. In order to deconstruct the belief considering teachers as privileged, this contribution proposes, based on empirical results (an online survey with 21,642 responses), to report, first, how primary teachers prioritize their private or professional lives. Two centuries later, the legend Chopin-Sand continues to supply the collective imaginary with vague readings, where historical truthfulness, let alone musical truth, is often contingent on the literary. The much discussed and bellicose romance between the Polish composer and the French novelist, George Sand, tends to some reductionism and evades an obvious reality: Fryderyk Chopin meets George Sand when she was already the mother of two children. This circumstance suggests reformulating certain romantic stereotypes. Considering that it is difficult, if not impossible, for an analysis of Chopin?s music to unmask some aspects of his private life (such as an alleged sexual and affective attraction for individuals of his own sex), we can however argue that, throughout the 19th century, a connection was established between his work and a ?feminine universe.? That connection might have had implications in the way in which the feminized image of its author was constructed. The analysis of certain aesthetic and stylistic traits of Chopin?s music can help understand the causes of that perception.
